EVENTS: Update on the participation of SUPERALFUEL in Loss Prevention 2025

On Tuesday, June 10th, our partners will participate in a dedicated Special Session titled:
“Safety and Sustainability of Green and Alternative Fuels in Port Areas.”

  • 10:00–11:00

    • Systematic reviews on the safety of hydrogen and ammonia as marine fuels

  • 11:40–13:00

    • A systematic  review on safety of methanol as a marine fuel
    • On the NOX production of ammonia, hydrogen and methanol fuels for shipping purposes
    • A systematic literature review on the safety and risk assessment of alternative fuels in inland waterway transport

The session features multiple partners from the SUPERALFUEL consortium and highlights our ongoing work on the safety, sustainability, and impact of alternative fuels for maritime applications.
